Policy & Understanding
Children Policy: There is no charge for children under 12 years old when sharing their parents room without extra bed.
Departure in advance: In case of check-out in advance on the scheduling date money will not be refund.
General Terms and conditions:
Check out time 12:00 am. A late departure fee is required.
Guests: All unregistered guests are obligated to notify at the front desk when visiting a registered guest.
Personal Items: Ramaz Hotel is NOT responsible for Guest's personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left in the room, and we will NOT retrieve these items for you.
Rooms: we want to give the best to our customers so take care of your room, Ramaz Hotel is allowed to ask compensation in case of partial or total damage.

Polizza Bambini: nessun extra è richiesto per i bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni che dividono il letto con i genitori.
Partenza Anticipata: in caso di check-out anticipato rispetto alla prenotazione non verrà riconosciuto nessun rimborso.

Il check-out Il check-out è fissato alle ore 12.00. In caso di check-out ritardato verrà chiesto un extra.
Tutti i visitatori: Tutti i visitatori non registrati sono tenuti a presentarsi alla reception ed è assolutamente vietato salire nelle camere previo consenso.
Oggetti Personali: il Ramaz Hotel NON è responsabile di valori persi o lasciati nelle camere e NON è tenuto ad alcun risarcimento.
Camere: Cerchiamo di offrire il meglio ai nostri clienti quindi siete pregati di aver cura della vostra camera. Il Ramaz Hotel è autorizzato a richiedere un rimborso nel caso di danno parziale o totale di qualunque oggetto o mobilio presente nella camera.
